No Question! Proper strength training will add more horsepower to their athletic ability so they can show up next season with everyone asking what they have been doing. They will be the best prepared and most improved on their team, guaranteed.
If your child is old enough to play a sport, then they are old enough to prepare their body for it! In fact, it is more dangerous to play sports without physical preparation first. Our younger athletes perform appropriate calisthenics, learning how to train and getting comfortable in the weight room, while our older kids begin proper weight training techniques directly proportional to their training level.
100%! All of our athletes have access to 10+ nutrition guides to meet their needs and are also given Coach Blake's 60+ page 'Fuel for Athletes' book upon signup. We even give our parents access to our private VIP facebook group to help support families looking to aid their athlete's performance in the kitchen.
We’re going to equip your child with very specific mindset skills that’ll help them learn how to transform how they think about mistakes and failures. Our 1:1 accountability system will teach them how to work hard and respond to adversity in a controlled setting off of the field.
